It's a company that works with ethics and respect with the clients and its employees. The company develops efforts to reduce employees apathy and to promote a meritocracy. Work environment is different from the average consultancy firms, and typically better (although is being lost over the time). It promotes companionship knowledge share between all employees. There are some problems, but most of it's competition would play a lot to have everis problems.

It's clear that the company is degrading in terms of values. The talent is leaking. Recruiting process lacks of knowledge and capabilities to perform the correct value assessment. It promotes more the "talk the talk" rather then "walk the walk". A company that is not capable of giving recognition to it's true "rock starts". Meritocracy is degrading and a glimpse of cut-throat situations are starting to appear . It's not difficult to find others consultancy companies values within some Managers and Senior Managers.
