As a behavioral health manager, I'm the primary counselor at a large medical practice. The position provides solid clinical experience treating clients with a variety of mental health issues. I work independently but am supported by a team including coworkers, care coordinators, and an amazing clinical supervisor. The hours are Monday-Friday 8-5, and there isn't a lot of flexibility. High deductible health insurance plan. Sedentary position, and I am sitting all day.
