The CEO has continued to take time out of his busy work/life schedule to meet with me periodically throughout the last three years to catch up and check-in which I know a lot of other companies cannot say happens.
Leadership does listen to feedback from their infield employees and will try their best to take that feedback and change what employees are asking for, etc.

I wouldn’t say it is a con but sometimes it can be difficult working with other partnering companies at times, ex: our customers. I feel like evolvedMD tries to support us, however.

Evolvedmd has a great work culture . In terms of work culture it is one of the best places I have ever worked. They don’t just talk it .they truly believe in it and practice what they preach .

Things could be a little disorganized at time; Sometimes partnerships were not up to date, Tech issues would arise , therapists weren’t clear on care coordination requests. Also, you had to go to clinics at least 3 times a week . I didn’t mind going but it was frustrating being there and not feeling like there was a purpose . It was great seeing our bhm ,but other than that , We usually just sat in a corner and did the same thing we could’ve done at home .
