I have felt heard and supported by my Clinical Manager as well as other members of leadership.
I also was able to obtain all of my supervision hours within 2 years and did not have any issues submitting to the board.
Leadership does listen to our concerns and is willing to makes changes when necessary.
Leadership/ CEO is willing to take time to listen when concerns are being presented.

Change as in any other place of employment are difficult to get used to. Growing pains as well as the company growing too quickly have also been difficult as it has felt more of a "small knit family" at first, but that that does come with growth.

Evolvedmd has a great work culture . In terms of work culture it is one of the best places I have ever worked. They don’t just talk it .they truly believe in it and practice what they preach .

Things could be a little disorganized at time; Sometimes partnerships were not up to date, Tech issues would arise , therapists weren’t clear on care coordination requests. Also, you had to go to clinics at least 3 times a week . I didn’t mind going but it was frustrating being there and not feeling like there was a purpose . It was great seeing our bhm ,but other than that , We usually just sat in a corner and did the same thing we could’ve done at home .
