Entire team isn't always in office

I enjoyed my time at evolve. This was my first job out of college. The training, clients, and team made it a great experience. I ultimately moved out of recruiting, but this is a great place to start your career. + fun and intelligent team + great clients ranging from start-ups to scale-ups + lots of autonomy. Even though I was early in my career, I got to lead many different projects. + nice offices in the city + flexible hybrid working + all the tools and training you need to be successful + happy hours & social events

- start-up, so some growing pains - started to hire more college grads, and some didn't always show up or work hard, which is frustrating if you're getting paid the same.
