Too understaffed. Employees are burnt out Small company mindset Low salary Upper management disconnected from reality about what is going on on the field. No processes in place, makes employees not exactly knowing what their tasks really are (they use generic work titles) so employees have to do pretty much everything to help out, even if not in their domain of expertise. Because they’re understaffed.
