A Place to learn new things (Single star for this one & only advantage point)

1. From time to time, the employer's words get changed (Cheating the employee by saying fake words) 2. Intention to reduce employee salary by saying anything 3. Salary doesn't pay on the time 4. Not valuing the efforts of the employee 5. The notice period is very high (90 days) & it is not negotiable 6. No Work-Life balance 7. Working here was feeling that in the mode of urgent. All the features are urgent to the employer. No space to work at employees' own pace. Leads to no innovation. But employer expects the feature should be innovative 8. No other benefits other than salary 9. Employer is blackmailing the employees
