Flexibility to work from home sometimes

No opportunities to progress and management do not actively encourage this. Suggestions put forward in annual PDR's are rarely followed through. People have been a part of the team for years and remain in one position. Work is very repetitive and staff do not get many opportunities to work on different tasks as numbers is the priority (not staff development). The company is part of the FT which appears to be very active in trying to pursue equality and opportunity, however, the Belfast office (fDi Intelligence) does not follow this in their actions. There are favourites who get the focus and others who get left behind.

Thoroughly enjoyed working here, very supportive team and management. Great opportunity to learn new skills and gain new experience. Management encourages progression and will try and facilitate interests outside core role. Basic salaries have also increased and bonuses offered

Work could vary more, however you get out what you put in
