Dein Kinderwunsch works in an interesting market and challenges a fundamental problem within the healthcare space. The work-environment is characterized by honesty, direct communication and humour. The founding team is experienced and motivated to solve challenging problems and build a great company. During my internship, I was able to work on the most-pressing issues of the company in several departments, which of course fostered my personal and professional development. One of the best aspects of the internship however was the support of my personal and professional development by the founders and my colleagues – you don’t get that at many places. I would 100% recommend this internship.

There aren’t any real cons.

The right processes put in place foster dialogue in the company. As a result, everyone knows what they have to do and understand what their colleagues are working on. This avoids to duplicate tasks and waste the company’s time. Colleagues are very close to one another as founders make sure to organise team-building events such as lunches and offsite activities often. Founders are very down to earth. They make sure to mentor and coach every employee to steepen the employees’ learning curves and to help them to realise their potential.

My experience was very positive both from a humand and professional perspective. I couldn't more warmly recommend to work at Dein Kinderwunsch.
