Vantaggi
The people! hands down a nice bunch of people that welcome and help you when you don't understand something without feeling "little" about yourself. Work life. Upper management doesn't breathe down your neck every hour of the day to check in on you - you have flexibility. Everyone will know if you haven't finished your work because it affects everyone later on down the road. The founders are all very approachable and really care about you. Culture. They celebrate every employee's birthday and sometimes have after work outings and/or get-togethers. The office is open. You can yell over at someone with no problem - we like being loud and laughing. They're really big on developing the employee's foundations and knowledge of their position so that they can promote from within. Dress code. This is my favorite part, haha. Have pink hair? Don't worry - it's totally fine! (this may change later on, but it was true when I worked there xD) Just as long as you don't look like you were ripped to shreds by a velociraptor or work the streets at night, you can wear what's comfortable to you.
Svantaggi
There aren't any REAL deal-breaker cons, but I wish my position was better laid out for me before it was offered. Like, I had a set amount of things to work on, but sometimes it was more like "Am I in charge of this, too, now?"
