Resource constraints at times make execution more challenging than it needs to be.

Good starter company for guys wanting to build some jet time. Good pilot group.

Massive lack of communication on all levels. Laziness, toxic environment when you step into headquarters. Pay below industry standards. Bills aren’t being paid on time by the finance team. A lot of incompetency in every department.
