I don't find any good thing about the company. It's only the brand which is good not the management.

Whatever qualifications and performance you have is of no use. Once you join the company, you are just a slave for the higher management. And HR is only for the higher management. Managers don't appreciate for your good work and efforts, they only plan out strategies to create problems for the employees due to their personal grudge. After leaving the company, even if you have left the company with all proper procedures, still the HR will ask you to pay some amount or else will not give your relieving letter and PF amount. Holding employees PF for any reason is against the law but this company does it with full daring. And rightly said by other people as well, the managers are paid so high for doing nothing, just using Facebook, watching movies on YouTube and blasting employees for no reason. And employees who do the hard-working are not paid well. I have not seen a single sales Manager making an attempt to make even one single sales calls.
