      Discount, flexibility with scheduling and time off, smaller teams, and a lot of visual aspects.

      Pay is low. They expect a lot out of you and your team but don't want to pay top dollar for that top talent. Also, the company is very inconsistent in their services, products, and focus. The customer service policy can be very pushy and turn customers away.

      management... almost two years with no review and no raise. this was a district directive. very mean girl TOXIC, ego centric coming down from upper management. poorly run on all levels. we know that a company that is run like that, will fail! lol they are now out of business
