- Salary was insulting for any experienced retail manager - POS system was out of date and inefficient - RM displayed favoritism for other boutiques and in a new door showed up once (surprise visit after "observing from outside") - As an experience retail manager it felt like I took many steps backward by taking this position - Little to no district-communication (BM to BM) - Surrounding Boutique Managers were not willing to exchange feedback, business trends etc perhaps due to the lack of experience.. I often reached out to BM'S in other districts - Conference calls were not productive - Should utilize more KPI-reports in order to help BM's understand and grow their business
