I liked having control over my store with respect to visuals and culture. They give you a baseline to go off, but since every store is unique I was able to curate looks that resonated with my market more closely. As a BTL, I also LOVED my 50% off discount!

The company has implemented a LOT of changes, very quickly. We don't get much training at all around the changes, but are expected to lead them with our teams. Our district managers are so focused on conversions and email capture rates, that selling seems second rate. The culture of Francesca's is supposed to be welcoming and inclusive, but it is changing drastically into an extremely pushy selling environment, which can make a lot of guests feel uncomfortable. I've had many regulars leave my store when upper management was visiting, because they shoved "the promise" down their throats in such a disingenuous way.
