Rules, procedures, and expectancies are set in place for all store managers and staff, just like any company. If you have a manager that breaks any of these rules, do not expect appropriate results from HR, even with the best RD. Good temporary job, though not for over-achievers unless you are a store manager, as they get all of the credit (and are compensated for it). As expected, with a company run completely by women, there's more talk and less action. Prepare to experience catty behavior.
