Low compensation. Employee discount is mediocre - Company offers no special discounts for employees but one day out of the year for Christmas. Rules, procedures, and expectancies are set in place for all store managers and staff, just like any company. If you have a manager that breaks any of these rules, do not expect appropriate results from HR, even with the best RD. Good temporary job, though not for over-achievers unless you are a store manager, as they get all of the credit (and are compensated for it). As expected, with a company run completely by women, there's more talk and less action. Prepare to experience catty behavior.
