You are given a lot of freedom to own your boutique and create and develop your own team

Absolutely no support from your upper management on the rare occasion they are even available to answer calls or emails. High turn over because of lack of pay or incentive. Major boutique changes with little to no notice or direction. Work load is unreasonable and far too much pressure put on BMR's ABM's and KH's with zero incentive outside of employee discount. The pay is below adequate for the amount of work that is expected.
