The pay is not competitive at all for the position, and they are top level management is completely out of touch with what is going on in the stores. The small bonus incentives they do offer employees for making goal and stretch goal are not to be enjoyed for too long, because they raise your store's goal up to an unattainable level for the next month so that they won't have to pay out the bonuses. They do not show any type of employee appreciation and I would steer clear of this company at all levels!
