This company is a disaster from top to bottom. The pay is insulting for the amount of stress, abuse, and chaos you’re expected to endure. They are in complete financial turmoil and will gaslight you if you raise any concerns- not paying rent to landlords, not paying vendors, not paying employees properly. Don’t be shocked if you show up to work one day and find your store locked with no warning, no answers, because they’re incapable of paying rent. Payroll is a joke. Hours are slashed constantly with no regard for employee well-being. There is zero support from upper management. District managers are wildly incompetent, and regional managers are nothing short of manipulative bullies who operate on power trips and scare tactics. To make matters worse, stores are being closed left and right. You’re expected to give 110% to a company that gives you nothing in return. The customers are often abusive and entitled, and the company leaves you to fend for yourself with no tools, no training, and no backup. If you value your mental health, job security, or even basic human decency- stay far, far away. This is the most toxic, unstable, and disorganized company I’ve ever encountered. It’s not just a bad job. It’s a complete trainwreck.
