The frog of old (pre Capgemini acquisition) from what I know was a dream to work at. Studio culture is very real and teams are flat enough to creatively contribute regardless of your level. Finding a PM that you like and likes you can make your life amazing.

In short, the bad without the good. I left to go to school but they've done 4 rounds of layoffs since August 2022 and closed multiple studios. Stay away.
