With any startup there are risks. Have to be willing to take on the risk to reap the reward.

Every day I am humbled by the talent at FullBottle. As our team embarks on this venture we continually face new challenges that we must overcome together. And "together" is exactly how we do this. Everyone's opinion is valued; from the newest at the company to those who helped launch this endeavor. The opportunities for growth are remarkable as team members are encouraged to take calculated risks. All in all, my time with FullBottle has been an amazingly enriching experience and I look forward to the future with this exciting team.

It's a small team so we all wear a lot of different hats. Some like me might view that as a pro....but I think another reviewer mentioned that this is a start-up and not for the faint of heart. Also a true statement....but again....is that a pro or a con?
