Great culture, great leadership, sometimes has great projects

You maybe signed to a project that you don’t really like and stuck in it for a while.

Most of leadership genuinely cared about the well-being of employees. The culture from the bottom up was incredible. Not sure I will ever find a more supportive, creative, family-like team. You will grow close as a group as you go through shared trauma.

There are no growth paths, no systems in place, sometimes no HR. As people leave roles are eliminated and work is just piled onto the existing employees making it impossible to move forward. The culture that trickles down from the top is poison.
