That doesn't mean every decision is perfect, but I've found leadership to be approachable, willing to listen and open to feedback more so than at other companies. I've also seen people earn opportunities because they're willing to step up, solve problems and put clients first. Recognition isn't tied to being the person who's been here the longest or knows the most. People who drive results and help clients succeed tend to get noticed.

Priorities can change, processes get adjusted, and not every answer is immediately clear. That can create some frustration, but I'd take that over working for a company that's resistant to change and content with being stagnant.
