Poor Leadership including IT, Incompetent with no formal leadership skills or background. Abject CTO promote themselves and use people to get their work done and take credit for other's work. Only concerned to save money (loser mentality). Frugal...Doesn't want to match salaries to current rising inflation, benefits are mediocre.
