Lots of responsibility but few resources. Culture more broadly is weird. Your experience as an PM depends a lot on who your Managing Director is. Lots of side projects that leadership could honestly outsource but choose to add more work to internal teams. No growth potential. You’ll plateau as an MD or a SMD. But most people don’t want to become SMD other than salary there’s no incentive. Just more work with even less resources + managing people.
