- Structure and Clarity: We are actively working on defining roles and responsibilities more clearly to ensure that everyone knows their contributions and how they fit into our goals. The People Team will drive this topic even more forward in the future.
- Leadership Development: We recognize the importance of experienced leadership. Therefore, we are putting a lot of focus on our hiring process for leaders in order to choose the ones who can support our teams best. We will also underline the importance of Learning & Development in the next quarter. In addition, we just launched leadership principles to enable our leaders to foster a supportive environment.
