Clueless top level management thinks that micro managing is going to increase sales when it is actually causing them to be paralyzed in unproductivity. Pay is an industry low and employees feel unvalued and unappreciated. Zero company culture unless fear, zero quality of life, their way or the highway, and nothing is ever good enough is culture.
