-LOCATION- Where do I even start. Well location is important so let's start there. This occupation is Headquartered in the heart of downtown Miami, Brickell City Centre. Truly, a well conceived location. Next I'd like to touch on the work environment. Clean and well serviced by building faculty. Building amenities left and right, to give an example there are grooming utensils available upon request and even complementary mouth wash in, if not all, restrooms. Seriously? Yeah... -COMPENSATION- Great pay and benefits with PTO. (The pay is truly worth it) -NEW COMPANY- Great place to FLEX all that potential you know you have! (Everyone has a chance to make their mark!) -MANAGEMENT- A team of leaders who care not only for each employees practical success, but also their personal success. I cannot stress this enough, every single day I have the pleasure and genuine honor of working side by side with my own CEO Adam Boalt and his management team. He constantly strives to improve our working conditions and operational success. -SCHEDULE- Really? You're telling me you don't like Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm? I thought so. (Straight Pros here) -PERSONAL NOTE- I truly feel I found where I belong. I love my job and all of it's challenges. If you want to feel accomplishment, then love what you do or learn to. Honestly you need to be a self motivated individual. Simply put this is a constantly changing environment and it requires you to have your head on a swivel. This is a challenging place to work because of it fast paced nature. We expedite passports! Gotta be fast, calm, organized, and ready for anything. You must be capable of managing your clients expectations, needs, and concerns. None of this is sounding like a Con is it? I agree, that's because you are an individual with initiative, with drive and passion. In other words, no real cons unless you accept defeat! You're not that person right!

- The pay -Constant changes being made since it's a new company less than a year old (not always good) -Start-up environment.

- UNSTABLE! Do NOT accept employment from these people. They're always hiring for a reason! Every week 2 people would get laid off so that the company can hire people at a lower compensation rate. - SCAM! Your job as a customer service representative is to apologize to customers constantly. It should be illegal to promise customers something that can't be delivered. - LONG hours. They hired us at 40 hours and didn't tell us our lunches would be cut at will and that we would need to stay an extra mandatory 2 hours of overtime every single day. Weekends as well. - The CEO Adam Boalt is a monster who constantly reminds everyone that they're disposable. All he cares about is gross revenue. Most of the customers want refunds. It's a terrible work environment. Don't waste your time!!!!!!!! They don't value their employees. -No life/work balance. Everyone is miserable. - Employees have been threatened by management to take legal action against them when they voice their opinions on social media.
