      there are none. they make it sound all work life balance until they nag you non stop day and evening and weekend.

      top management is a joke. the only reason they're "top management" is because they were friends with the owners. they don't even know the current job market and what it actually means to be a recruiter.

      It's tough. It takes a lot of internal drive and commitment. This isn't something for the weak, or those who throw in the towel with things get hard. A lot of cold outreach is required to build your desk and network - that alone isn't for everyone, especially those looking for an "easy" button.
