Very high turn-over. Only about 1/3 of my original team mates stuck it out through the whole 4 week training. The company doesn't give you the proper time to find candidates and build your database of the companies/hiring authorities in your assigned states. Heavy micro-managing. It's all about quantity and not quality. To meet their strict metrics, and things they require you to do each day, forces us to lie to both candidates and companies through false advertisement just to try to keep up with everything.

It's tough. It takes a lot of internal drive and commitment. This isn't something for the weak, or those who throw in the towel with things get hard. A lot of cold outreach is required to build your desk and network - that alone isn't for everyone, especially those looking for an "easy" button.
