Long hours for those who are new, Unimaginative management who are not fully embracing technology that will soon surpass and make old school recruiters obsolete. High HC costs(not unusual in todays market), no safety net if placements are not being made. Hard to turn it off or get a break. Extremely high turnover, 1 in 20, 1 in 40 are still there after first year.
