Vantaggi
You get a good technical exposure as everyone has to work on several tech stack at a time. As a beginner this might be helpful but be ready to work with a toxic environment.
Svantaggi
Work here is very stressful. Deadlines are extremely tight — often just one or two days even for large tasks and supervisors or leads frequently expect you to work after hours or on weekends to meet them. Almost every day, an urgent task is added on top of your pre-assigned tasks, yet no extra time is given to finish the original work. Flexibility is practically non-existent. Company politics also play a role, and you may find yourself affected by them. There is constant pressure to deliver work, often depending on the supervisor’s personal style. Supervisors may exert pressure as they wish, and performance evaluations lack transparency; criteria are unclear, and probation periods are frequently extended from the official six months to a year under the justification of “unsatisfactory” performance, which feels unfair and demotivating. The salary is slightly below average, promotions and increments are often delayed. Even basic facilities are inadequate. For example, the company lunch room is very small compared to the number of employees. As a result, people often have to eat in a rush so others can take their turn, which creates unnecessary stress even during break times.
