Thank you for taking the time to share your opinion with us. You have raised a number of serious concerns we would like to address in this response:
- Our Executive Team is made up of 8 people based across 2 countries, of which 2 are women, which is 25% of the team. One of our male Executive Team members is also ethnically diverse. Please refer to our website here to confirm this: https://hackajob.com/about-us. We are committed to diversity and inclusion at all levels of our organisation, up to and including our Executive Team. We acknowledge the importance of having diverse perspectives and experiences to drive innovation and success, particularly as a company supporting and enabling the success of diverse customers and candidates.
- One of our goals for 2024 is to move from an AI-enabled product to an AI-led product by the end of the year. While we are on the journey towards that, human intervention remains critical to enabling the full functionality of our product.
- We understand your frustration regarding redundancies. Restructuring is sometimes necessary for the long-term health of a company and the decision to do so is never taken lightly. We are aware of the impact it has on our employees and we've tried our best to make these changes as manageable as possible for everyone involved.
