Thank you so much for such a detailed review and for taking the time to specify the pros across so many aspects of our business. We certainly do not get everything right all the time for everyone, so it's extremely encouraging to read about your positive feelings on so much of how our business operates.
I hear you on the meal vouchers in Romania being the lowest that can be offered. It's an aspect of the benefits offering, specific to Romania, that is under constant review. In addition to the meal vouchers, our £30/180 RON per month flex card allowance is designed to contribute towards anything that improves wellbeing or enables personal development, so there is further funding there.
I also find your points on acknowledging achievements and hard work to be very fair. We're all working very hard to drive towards a common goal for the future of our business, and it's important to call out the successes along the way. Surveys are one part of how we hold ourselves accountable to how well we're doing this, and to give everyone a voice for further improvements they'd like to see. We've just launched our H2 24 Engagement Survey for precisely that reason, and I look forward to sharing the results and committing to feasible actions that come from it!
