-While the Brickell office offers a pleasant environment and friendly staff, for the age of the company, a lot of CX processes and positions to facilitate and create successful cx reps were just created or implemented within the last 2 years.  -As an AE, you'll gain valuable experience but face a dynamic and fast-paced work environment with often-vague job expectations. This can lead to unclear responsibilities. -Travel to events when going to support customers onsite

- It's important to note that onsite travel can be demanding, requiring work throughout weekends. Process for post trip can improve as how physically and mentally tiring the trips are.  -While the leadership team seems focused on customer satisfaction, there's room for improvement in employee well-being and work-life balance. -Some instances of unmet promises, a lack of support from management, and office politics. -Hard-work and time in company is overseen.  -Lack of drive or help from direct manager even when voiced to help you when feeling like your cup is overflowing
