We are fortunate to have an annual attrition rate of less than 5%. hc1.com does have a formal annual review process and employees are able to set up a growth plan with their managers. The hc1.com HR team is heavily involved with managers in developing career development plans for all employees and enhancing Career Development in the organization as a whole. Regarding our recent changes in Sales, this is a natural evolution for any successful growing business as we move forward to recruit new team members who can support improved sales performance.
