Strict no for this company , if you are joining engineering team in India Expect crazy level micro management from day one Unclear expectations , extended working hours and no work life balance You are on call for support as well once a month for a week 24 /7 for no pay. Be ready to receive calls at 4 am from grafana alerts On top of it be ready for bad behavior and complaints from manager This is the most toxic environment I could have ever worked in , I left voluntarily in probation God knows how they are running this company If any opportunity comes in Revex just run the manager here embodies everything spoken above
