Working at this company is the worst experience ever. Things change constantly, and there is no way to predict or avoid those changes. The workloads are insane, and the stress of the job can drown you if you let it. The leadership skips all responsibilities but is quick to point fingers or blame employees when things go wrong. Their poor attitude creates an ambiance of fear and distrust where employees choose to stay quiet instead of asking for help. The few months I spent here were spent because I was not financially secure. As soon as I got the opportunity, I trained myself and got another job elsewhere. Please skip the whole stint if you have a choice.
