This company doesn’t have anyone that’s actually qualified in their position. The project management is former marketing, human resource is an accountant. They don’t have an actual engineer in their RandD department. Know this will make support for any field employee extremely frustrating. They do not treat you like a human but just another tool to get a job done. Substandard insurance for a company owned by a insurance company. They had below us average for travel per diem at 42 a day. They do t do a 401k match. They sell you on the idea that all technicians get a bonus yearly but canceled it with no raise to make up for it. The schedule or outlook of a schedule is basically no existent. So you really never know what’s going on with your life. The list can go on and on really. I would not recommend going to this company when there are many traveling technician jobs out there
