You get the feel of a startup with major growth potential without having to pay $4k for rent in SF/NYC. I came to HydroWorx from a Glassdoor Top 100 Best Places to Work (nationally), and HydroWorx beats my former employer in almost every category. I'm guessing a lot of the negative reviews stem from our transition to a high growth organization. Not everyone is built for the process and cultural changes that occur when you're scaling a business.

1) Benefits could be more competitive: -No 401k match -Less PTO than my prior company, but very flexible with work schedules 2) Can get a bit chaotic with the process changes, but it's to be expected when scaling any organization.
