5yIt is clear this ex-employee holds a strong grudge against some employees and the organization and keeps writing the same review with different designations, this time its senior BA which we don’t even have anyone currently. You cannot make everyone happy and no matter what you do there will be someone who disapproves you.
However, we’ll address these false allegations,
Just like every other company we encourage our employees to give honest opinions which they have given about what they don’t like in the organization. They have written about bad infrastructure
No work-life balance is a lie. No manager would call you post your working hours or ask you to work on weekends. Never your vacations or holidays are not approved. In fact, we encourage you to finish your leave balance by not letting you take it to next year or encash it.
During pandemic when the salary cuts and laying off are a norm we have hired 15 more people and you can check more openings on our company website. This says a lot about management and leadership skills. A poor development team would not put us in this position.
About politics and abusive language, HR has not received any complaint about it. Also, we have an open-door policy, and you can just walk into the Director’s cabin if you have any concerns even with the HR. You could solve these issues by talking to the management rather than washing dirty linen in the public domain. However, we will talk to the leads and make sure the decorum and professionalism are maintained.
Our clientele includes Pfizer, Novartis, Merck, Abbott, ACG, Ironwood, etc. and not one customer. Also, based on our current openings you can know our current projects are on Big Data Analytics and Cloud technologies which cannot be “very very short” as our friend mentions here.
