      Fast growing. High quality products. Manufactured in the USA - which makes me proud. Owner is very involved, passionate and dedicated; which makes it very easy to put into the work and to be dedicated and passionate yourself. We are an awesome family - can be disfuncional at times. But nice that you are not just a number. The owner does truly care about you and your family. Flexible - with your home life.

      Could have better communication. Can be frustrating at times. Manufacturing can be very stressful.
