I can think of only few - Friday lunch plans - Sometimes events and functions that are just skippable - Salary on time

- No proper work for business analyst that I can think of, you should choose some other company, this is a waste of experience - Old outdated tech - No room for improvement - No proper marketing team - Nepotism culture here - Admin seems to abuse his powers, act like he is the boss and do surveillance like he is in CID. - They do a 2 year contract. Take your degree - Less salary, not market competitive - CEO tries to show that his employees are the driving force. Arranges meetings just to validate himself. Nothing is done without approval of this fool. - Doing meetings with the Uk team, all the seniors act like they are afraid and show fear. - No respect here for the peers, the juniors are unprofessional towards the seniors and the seniors also enjoy this type of behaviour which is common here. Lots of leg pulling, crossing limits, sexist jokes which is appreciated here a lot. - Most of the time there is really no actual work here, you are just sitting and scrolling on the laptop
