Onboarding takes time, and there was a lot of it to do. Nothing we can do to improve, just be ready to cool your heels before getting blasted with a firehose (lots of information to take in).

I’ve been here for around a year, and I’m happy to work here! The company provides a great remote work environment, supportive management, and a collaborative team. There are good growth opportunities, and the work is meaningful. Overall, it’s a positive and rewarding experience.

It takes some time to get familiar with new tools and processes, but support is available.
