CFO (Dave Ristow) flat out lies about financial standing of company a month before mass layoffs. Letting people make life decisions they wouldn't otherwise make. "we have money in the bank, we're good" sounds more like Joe Biden at the last debate than a functional CFO. Company went from growing to shrinking/crumbling 2 years after he showed up. We call that a correlation. Constantly barks orders instead of working as a team, sucks at communication and is one of the worst leaders I've ever experienced. Proof that credentials doesn't mean you're competent at your job. (Made sure his son didn't get laid off of course!)
