1. No appreciation for work. 2. Staying late night but not appraciate your work what you have done 3. Low salary. 4. Force to work on saturday and sunday. 5. Comp off system is there but what about LWP.

Svantaggi

For fresher level compny is good. After 2 year they start to behave very badly. Never think about apriciation and salary.

A amazing workplace to work for engineers to learn and get opportunity to work on real products and deal with clients. i got to work with the CEO, CTO and Director who inculcated not just technical knowledge but also how to look at a business that benefits society and values ethics and is driven by vision.
