None, except getting cab facility (only for night time employees. If you happen to stay late for official purposes, there is no cab facility available) and getting salary on time (provided the ONLy person who processes the salary is present in office. In case the person is not available, wait for the person to come back and process your salary)

*Managers, pseudo managers.. basically everyone likes getting into everybody's business. *the owners are ignorant of how the policies are twisted and turned for selected employees. A person can keep to doing mistakes and still get over with it while a person doing his work properly is penalized. *Improving technology is not even a priority here. They have 100s of priorities and 1000s of meetings but improving technology is not a part of the whole scenario. If you go to a local business providing IT services, they would be way more capable to help you than these people. *Client shortage - there are no clients with them as the existing clients are not looked after properly and the new ones do not come as they are given sky rocketing costs. It is a pretty confused place to work at, you might be doing A today, B tomorrow and C day after.

You do get exposure to multiple technologies and responsibilities because of the extremely high workload and small team size. Frequent birthday celebrations and team outings also happen due to the small company culture.

Highly toxic and pressure-driven work environment. Employees(team of 10) are overworked daily with unrealistic expectations and little respect from management. Appraisals are delayed for months and hikes are negligible.The company lacks stable projects and proper business structure, especially within the AI team. Leave policies exist mostly on paper, and salary deductions are made through unfair practices such as questionable leave calculations. Favoritism and inappropriate workplace behavior are ignored instead of being addressed seriously. Overall, the company operates more like an unorganized lala business than a professional tech startup.
