-More structured communication from supervisors and clearer expectations -Students-first culture is present with proper support mechanisms in place -Improvements in training and professional development opportunities (many view this as a stepping stone position which is fine)

-Scheduling changes can be chaotic and last minute -Would love greater focus on research and innovation within the space and play a greater role in that

Everything else. Tax issues due to unreported W2s, issues with SSA and IRS, frequent late pay and bounced checks. Huge turnover issue and massively understaffed
