Business Fundamentals / Growth Profile: I've worked for a few companies (some larger than others) and have yet to witness to type of growth we are here. It's incredible. In an economy where companies are continually laying off, etc., it's refreshing to see the complete opposite and a continued expectation around growth as the company continues to take more market share. Culture / Story: If you want to be a part of something special -- a quickly (and organically) growing software company in NJ -- then this is the place for you. Sure, you may find something similar in Silicon Valley, but there are FEW (if any) in NJ! Everyone here belongs to the fabric of the story and genuinely seems to care not only about the company, but each other. Yes, there are challenges -- as there are with any organization -- but the culture and story is very rich. That's why I'm here. Location: If you are tired of commuting to NYC or want to be a central suburban setting with access to major cities (and the beach), this is a great place to work.

Svantaggi

Growing Pains: We are growing at an incredible pace and, as a result, experience growing pains from time to time. Personally, I think it's natural and comes with the territory, but someone who is comfortable with status quo and used to working in "Big Corporate" may find this uncomfortable. Location: If you are an NYC person, this may not be the company for you. I know some people who commute from NYC, but I personally wouldn't recommend it.

Vantaggi

My team was very committed to our customers and very collaborative with each other. Everyone was kind to each other, and historically there had been opportunities for mentorship and career development.

Svantaggi

Unclear expectations from leadership. We always felt like we were trying to play catch up with how things were changing. We also always felt like we were underpaid.
