Lesson format was designed for camp-style instruction, so long-term students frequently ran out of things to do

• Valuable experience working with teaching students individually. • Got a sense of impact while working there. • Easy transition into job. • Very flexible hours, good pay considering the relatively limited skills required and part-time work. • Approachable management staff.

• Sometimes scheduling was changed very last-minute. • Weekly hours occasionally inconsistent and sometimes insufficient depending on availability of other staff. • Not much room for growth.
